Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone

With the imagination blazing up, “Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone "is undoubtedly an enchanting literary adventure in modern times. Intrigued by the mystical story and distinctive characters, I find myself mesmerizing in the impeccable plots of adventure, deeply immersing in the land of magic fantasy. I admire the power of magic, making everything considered impossible come true.

There is a mysterious country once hiding in the part of the world. There are broomsticks hovering and weaving in and out, dotting the sky as their transportation .Spelling books are their sacred bible, making objects float in the air and people invisible by chanting incantations. Owls are their mail carriers, the hats can talk, and all the items seem to be alive incredibly. Holding a wand, every wizard attires a long and ethereal cloak. Conjuring enchantment, magicians make the world infinite. Every detail is presented by J.K. Rowling vividly. She creates the entire magic world fascinating the public profoundly. Her hilarious, imaginative, and artful story lines definitely make it an unprecedented masterpiece, blending with the elements of traditional England school and the magic fundamental. Spiced up the reading pleasure by the protagonist Harry Potter, I appreciate the core concepts of courage, friendships, and other life enlightenment. Marked on the forehead with a lightning-shaped scar, Harry survived fortunately under the killing of Voldemort. However, he lost his parents as an infant, leaving him dwelling with his Muggle relatives, the Dursley's. Not until he was eleven-year-old did he finally get rid of his mediocrity and miserable life, since in the world of wizard, he is a hero.

Hence, he entered the" Hogwarts School of Witchcraft And Wizardry”, where he initiated his true journey. Through solving numerous enigmatic challenges, Harry, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger became inseparable friends, and he is also amazed to have such a firm friendship. Experiencing many a perilous event, Harry revealed his magnetic personality as modesty, humanity, and full of courage. On the contrary, humble and modest, Harry contrasts sharply with Malfoy, his nemesis, who always takes pride in his family reputation and downplays self-achievement.

In my opinion, one of the most impressive parts is the Quidditch match. Wizards participating in the match ride on their broomsticks, fly in high velocity, and compete fiercely with one another. The stadium was jam-packed with crowds, and hubbub of voices bubbled up. I am Harry's teammate, as if I were one of the characters, entering the book. Additionally, the scene is so exciting that all the readers feel like riding on the broomstick alike.

The book Harry Potter not only leaves me space to display my imagination but also gives me some inspiring illumination. When encountering adversities, Harry didn't escape in horror and give up. Instead, he spared no effort to explore the truth of misery. Furthermore, he always had two friends helping him find out the answers. After noticing the evil plots ongoing, they made up their mind to fight together to rescue the whole magic world. In the process of saving the Sorcerer's Stone from Voldemort, Hermione Granger stayed calm to cope with the risks, and Ron sacrificed himself to help Harry, both setting the model of courage and true essence of friendship. Observing the characteristic of Harry, I also realized that the occasional rebellion is necessary. Without contemplating independently but obeying all the rules, something special can't be inspired. Transcending the rules for the right reasons is a power to improve current life. Most importantly, being humble and humanity without bad purpose is what Harry teaches me, and I realize the real meaning of working industriously rather than being timid.

If I had the honor of becoming the character, I would like to be Hermione, a competent and wise girl, fighting against the prejudice of girls. This character symbolizes the new concept that girls are equal with the boys, meaning they can achieve whatever they want without any limitations. Hermione taught them that you can be a warrior without inferiority. Being brave and loyal is what makes Hermione an attractive girl, being a good example for me to pursue.
